Great Monday Give: Jack Kent's 12 Days of Christmas

Wow. What a new day. The boy and I are housebound. It has been 100 every day here in San Antonio for over a month. So, in celebration or at least to help me forget about this oppressive heat, how about a nice vintage paperback of a holiday favorite, Jack Kent's Twelve Days of Christmas. Just comment on this post before midnight ~ August 16 ~ Sunday to be entered to win this Christmas classic. A winner will be selected at random and announced the next morning.

That said, the winners of last week's give of Corduroy are Will and Jonathan's Mom. Congrats you guys and e-mail me at webe(at)soon(dot)com with your mailing info. That's all for now kids!

  10. Don't know if it's any comfort but it's freezing and rainy in Melbourne this week - so it's nice for me to dream of our summer Christmas time, which isn't too far away... is it?!

  18. Oh, yeah!!! Christmas in August!! How refreshing. Hey, I have been known to watch Christmas movies in the summertime, because there is something about watching a movie with snow in it that tricks my mind into thinking that the heat isn't AS oppressive. Have fun making memories! I would love to be entered, Please. Thank you!
