What is not mentioned ...I had this book as a child.
What is not mentioned here is the fact the book came with a record, with voice actors reading the dialogue. Rumplestilskin has a wonderful high pitched, yet gravelly voice. Listening to him singing the song shown in the article is quite memorable.
I also pity the poor messenger, who has to search through the kingdom trying to find every name he can.
I know it has little to do with the art of our creepy, and much welcomed, good friend , Mister Gorey, but the record along with the pictures made this a most beloved book from when I was little.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15612353966687800666noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-938617987945183593.post-82636995068998558822009-07-16T16:10:27.890-05:002009-07-16T16:10:27.890-05:00awesome! i love those connections!awesome! i love those connections!Burgin Streetmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13473712188879858952noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-938617987945183593.post-15730373734395115402009-07-15T19:40:25.730-05:002009-07-15T19:40:25.730-05:00Shriek!
