Maurice on NPR

I know some of you already listened to this after I suggested it on Facebook, but I thought I'd spread the love even further. If you haven't yet listened to this interview on Fresh Air with Terry Gross with Maurice Sendak discussing Bumble-Ardy, please do. A terribly moving interview of a man with an artist's soul and a generous understanding of humanity.

(Looking for more of the same, I still recommend the Spike Jonze documentary Tell Them Anything You Want. One of my all-time favorite movies now.)

I will--He moves me in any case, but, I did hear a part of this interview, and am prepared to be moved again. I'm going to get a used copy of the Spike J movie too, as soon as other bills are paid. Double thanks for that!!
